The Cobourg Garden Club is proud to welcome you to our home in cyberspace as we look forward to each new gardening season. Our goal with this resource is to provide a means of communication, and information resources for Club members and other interested gardeners.

Our membership includes Landscape Designers, Master Gardeners and a variety of experts, plus many new home owners and beginning gardeners.

The Cobourg Garden Club seeks to provide a broad range of activities for its gardening enthusiast members including floral design, gardening information, landscaping principles, tours to noteworthy gardens, and community projects.

Monthly meetings are held with guest speakers presenting topics along these lines, and several special events are held during the year to add to the gardening experience. These include floral design workshops, wreath-making, Japanese Flower Arranging, Medicinal and Native Plants information, Members Garden Tour, Flower Show and Photo Competitions.

Community projects include maintaining the Five Corners Garden, The Rose Garden in Victoria Park and carrying out other beautification projects in Cobourg as well as supporting the conservation of our natural resources.

The Cobourg garden Club provides financial support to local graduating highschool students who attend post secondary schooling in specific enviornmental fields. See Bursaries for details.

Please look around and do not hesitate to contact us with your comments.
